Terms of Service

Welcome to the IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO website. These Terms of Service are intended to inform you about how we work, what our standards are and what the basic principles are when offering our services.

1. Nature of the Services

IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO offers creative and technical services related to web design, brand identity, development and support of digital projects. The website has a presentation function and does not provide services directly through an automated platform. The Terms are intended for business clients (B2B).

2. Work Process

Our process goes through the following stages:

• Discovery phase - gathering information, goals and requirements
• Proposal and contract - preparing a quote and signing a contract
• Concept and design - creating a visual identity and prototypes
• Development - programming, integrations and tests
• Finalization and approval - final corrections and preparation for launch
• Publishing - the site is uploaded online only after final payment

3. Payment

The standard payment model is:

• 50% of the offer amount - in advance upon signing the contract
• 30% of the offer amount - after design approval
• 20% of the offer amount - before the final launch of the website

Important: The project is not published online before full payment is made.

4. Additional corrections and services

Any work outside the previously agreed scope is treated as additional and is charged at the current hourly rate. This includes additional corrections, changes in content or design, outside the contractually stipulated stages.

5. Project Cancellation and Cancellations

In case of cancellation by the client after the project has started, the advance payment is not refundable. If the project has progressed by more than 50%, it is paid proportionally according to the work performed.

6. Copyright and Portfolio

All designs, code and materials created by IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO are subject to copyright. After full payment, the client receives usage rights as described in the contract. Unless explicitly prohibited, IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO reserves the right to include the completed projects in its portfolio, social channels or promotional materials.

7. Support and Third Parties

If the client chooses to use support, it is negotiated additionally. IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO is not responsible for technical problems caused by external hosting providers, CMS platforms or integrations, unless special support or SLA has been agreed.

Support is negotiated separately for each project. After the site is launched, the responsibility for external hosting services, CMS platforms or integrations lies with the respective providers, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Updates to the Terms

IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The client should review the terms when reusing the services or when renewing a collaboration.

9. Limitations and time limit for claims

All claims or claims related to the services provided must be filed within 30 days after the service is performed. After this period, IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO is not responsible for subsequent claims, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the individual contract and the offer, constitute the entire agreement between the client and IDEAS FOR WEB STUDIO and supersede all previous oral or written agreements on the same project.
